Judo

The Way of Gentle Power

Founded in 1882 by Jigoro Kano in Japan, Judo (meaning “the gentle way”) is a martial art rooted in balance, leverage, and control. Built on the principles of maximum efficiency and mutual respect, Judo evolved from traditional Japanese jujutsu into an Olympic sport that emphasizes powerful throws, pins, and submissions—without relying on brute force.

At Growth Combat Sports, our Judo program teaches you how to use an opponent’s energy against them. You’ll develop timing, technique, and mental discipline, all while improving physical strength, coordination, and confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills for competition or self-defense, Judo offers a complete system that’s as elegant as it is effective.

Learn to throw. Learn to fall. Learn to rise.

Wing Chun

Close-Range Combat. Timeless Strategy. Unshakable Focus.

Wing Chun is a Chinese martial art known for its speed, precision, and direct approach to combat. Developed over 300 years ago during the Qing Dynasty, Wing Chun was created by a legendary female monk named Ng Mui, and later refined by practitioners like Ip Man—the famed teacher of Bruce Lee. Built for real-world effectiveness, it focuses on centerline control, simultaneous attack and defense, and explosive close-range strikes.

At Growth Combat Sports, our Wing Chun program preserves this powerful tradition while applying it to modern self-defense. You’ll learn structure, sensitivity, and efficiency through drills like Chi Sau (Sticky Hands), trapping techniques, and practical striking skills. More than just a fighting system, Wing Chun sharpens your mind, strengthens your body, and centers your spirit.

Move with purpose. Strike with intent. Live with Fighting Spirit.

Tae Kwon Do

High Kicks. Strong Minds. Indomitable Spirit.

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicks, lightning-fast footwork, and disciplined philosophy. Officially founded in 1955, Taekwondo evolved from ancient Korean combat systems like Taekkyeon and Hwa Rang Do, combined with elements of Karate. Today, it’s one of the most widely practiced martial arts in the world and has been an official Olympic sport since 2000.

At Growth Combat Sports, our Taekwondo program teaches more than just physical technique. Students of all ages build flexibility, focus, confidence, and respect through structured training in striking, forms (poomsae), and sparring. Whether you’re training for competition, self-defense, or personal growth, Taekwondo offers a path of both discipline and empowerment.

Kick higher. Stand taller. Live with Fighting Spirit.

Mixed Martial Arts

Where Styles Collide. Warriors Rise.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the evolution of combat—where striking meets grappling, and tradition meets innovation. With roots tracing back to the ancient Olympic sport of Pankration and later popularized through the rise of the UFC in the early 1990s, MMA has grown into the world’s fastest-growing combat sport. Today, it blends disciplines like Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo into one powerful, versatile system.

At Growth Combat Sports, we offer a complete MMA experience that builds real-world skills, strength, and confidence. Our program is designed for all levels—from curious beginners to aspiring fighters—and focuses on technique, strategy, conditioning, and mental resilience.

Learn to fight standing up, on the ground, and everywhere in between. Whether you’re looking to compete, get fit, or challenge yourself, MMA is the ultimate test—and the ultimate teacher.

Train for every fight. Prepare for anything. Live with Fighting Spirit.

No-Gi Grappling

Fast. Fluid. Real.

No-Gi Grappling is a modern, fast-paced evolution of traditional ground fighting—where technique, leverage, and adaptability matter more than belts and uniforms. Rooted in submission wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), no-gi grappling draws influence from catch wrestling, judo, and the early days of Vale Tudo in Brazil. Its rise to prominence was accelerated through mixed martial arts, where real-world efficiency became the gold standard.

At Growth Combat Sports, our no-gi program emphasizes control, submissions, positional dominance, and escapes—all without the use of a gi. You’ll develop explosive movement, sharp reflexes, and a deep understanding of how to outmaneuver opponents in real-time scenarios.

Whether you’re training for MMA, self-defense, or pure competitive grappling, no-gi is where precision meets pressure.

Grip less. Think faster. Move smarter.

Boxing Logo

Boxing

Ancient Roots. Modern Power. Unbreakable Spirit.

Boxing is one of the oldest and most respected combat sports in the world, dating back over 3,000 years to ancient Egypt and the Olympic games of ancient Greece. From the bare-knuckle brawls of early prizefighting to the refined techniques of today’s champions, boxing has evolved into a disciplined art of timing, power, and strategy.

At Growth Combat Sports, we honor that legacy by teaching real boxing—focused on fundamentals, footwork, head movement, striking precision, and defensive mastery. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, our program develops physical strength, mental grit, and the fighting spirit that has defined champions for centuries.

Step into the ring. Embrace the legacy. Train like a warrior.
